What You'll Do

We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our Principal Financial Network. In this role, you’ll develop, coordinate, and implement a financial education program to the employees of business clients through group presentations and one-on-one meetings focused on comprehensive personal financial plans.

Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

  • Drive financial wellness through deploying advisors to present and facilitate group and 1-on-1 meetings with the employees of our business clients

  • Provide consultation to PFN advisors and business owners on employee education strategies

  • Serve as an employee experience and engagement expert.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of financial services or service marketing experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • FINRA series 7, 66 and applicable state Life and Health Insurance licenses required with the ability to meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions.

  • Salesforce proficiency

  • Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels and influence others without formal authority

  • Passionate to build and maintain relationships with advisors and business owners

  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication and ability to establish trust and rapport easily across all channels of communication (video, phone, chat)

  • Has a clear, self-driven desire to work and think as a business owner partner, including ability to use diverse resources available

  • Deals well with ambiguity, demonstrating strong ability to adapt to change and strong situational awareness

  • Ability to uncover business owner needs via research, active listening, and review of ecosystem outputs

  • As a required part of the role, candidate must be able to provide personal transportation to business related events.

  • You’ll be required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of PSI.

  • Experience with Small and Medium businesses, understands and empathizes with the challenges of the advisor and business owner

  • Education and participant engagement experience

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$95200 - $182400 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
