In these roles, you may:

Consumer Lending:

Consumer Collections & Servicing -Workforce Optimization Team (Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Chandler, AZ ) This Business Execution role will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and evolution of short term forecasting workbooks built to ensure production expectations are met by optimizing the balance of employee schedules with time off allotments and overtime needs. This position will support Collections and Servicing for Prime Credit Card, Private Label Credit Cards, Deposit Banking, and Personal Lines & Loans, for 3,000+ agents in call centers located domestically and internationally as well as back-office operations employees.

Role Specific Qualifications:

  • Extensive analytical experience within capacity planning & forecasting ownership

  • SAS, SQL or Tableau experience

  • Collections, customer service call centers or back-office production environment

Credit Cards, Merchant Services and Small Business Card (CMS) Modeling team ( Wilmington, DE; New York, NY ) The Analytics Consultant will have the opportunity to solve exciting business problems, leveraging state of the art analytical tools and platforms, with access to US Consumer data and Wells Fargo existing customer base. They will lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities. Engage and collaborate with peers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership teams. Develop the quantitative modeling agenda and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders from product, marketing, enterprise modeling CoE and investment optimization organizations.

Role Specific Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis, statistical analysis, machine learning and data engineering

  • SAS, SQL or Tableau experience

  • Working knowledge and understanding of Python

  • Experience with Consumer Lending, Credit Cards and Marketing Analytics; knowledge of drivers of business profitability, credit risk and laws and regulations governing lending

Corporate & Investment Banking :

Corporate Real Estate Banking (REB ) ( Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Washington, DC; New York, NY; Chicago, IL ) This Analytics Consultant will work within the CIB to help data integrity, data aggregation, analysis, and insight in support of decisioning and monitoring of business initiatives, strategies, and practices. Will work directly with head of Project Management for REB, as well as data and reporting teams across Corporate Real Estate.

Role Specific Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working in CRM tools.

  • Ability to interpret data to produce reports and graphic presentations to be utilized by Senior Management.

  • Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate Banking

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Rejoining the workforce after taking a current career break of 2+ years

  • 7+ years of prior professional Analytics experience

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Advanced MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Job Expectations:

  • Must be able to attend full duration of 8-week internship program working in office 3 days per week/ remote 2 days per week, from September 12- November 4 with an anticipated promotion for those successful in internship to full-time roles the week of November 7
