Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Minimum Starting Wage:

LPN: $25.14

RN: $29.58

Job Description:

LPN: Assists the medical provider in the care and treatment of patients. Cares for ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled persons in the clinic. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. May work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

RN: Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. May dictate discharge summaries as directed by supervising physician. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.

Requirements:

LPN:

  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Iowa

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support

  • Maintains current and active status on all required training and education as outlined by corporate policy.

RN:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Iowa

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support

  • Maintains current and active status on all required training and education as outlined by corporate policy
