Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator

Job Description

Seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator. This position involves a variety of tasks including pre-site planning, bidding and estimation, budgeting, managing change orders, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors. Responsibilities also include scheduling, meeting deadlines, and providing progress reports. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of commercial construction, mainly focusing on new constructions such as restaurants and small office buildings.
