Aventure Staffing Occupational Health Nurse - Local Manufacturing Environment in Spencer, Iowa
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide healthcare services to employees, promote health and safety in the workplace, and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees
Provide treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
Develop and implement health promotion programs
Collaborate with management to create a safe work environment
Maintain accurate medical records and reports
Educate employees on health and safety practices
Position Requirements:
Valid RN License
Proven experience in occupational health nursing
Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and airway management
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Understanding of coding systems related to occupational health
Current TB Test & Physical
Mandatory Reporter Certificate is preferred, but we can help you obtain!
Must have current CPR
