Job Description:
$3,000 Sign on Bonus for eligible candidates who are Certified Medical Assistant
Assists the medical provider in the care and treatment of patients. Perform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of the provider. Administrative duties may include registering patients, verify insurance and collecting payment. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, and obtaining the specimen for the CLIA waived testing.
Qualifications:
CMA or LPN certification preferred
Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration*
Prefer Certified Medical Assistant through AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants).
Typing skills
Experience working with computers
Previous experience answering multiple line phone system
Previous health care experience preferred
