Description:

• Conducts routine research laboratory activities

• Operate small scale production equipment to support the R&D team

• Identify and suggest improvements in methods, projects, troubleshoots, and unexpected results

• Producing research experimental results

• Making high quality DNA fragments using various molecular techniques

• Extracting DNA with commercial kits

• Will work with the team to build and quality control vectors to be delivered to numerous customers using lab protocols and training prescribed by the group

Skills:

DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, molecular, LIMS, Laboratory

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in biology, microbiology, or a related field

• Experience working in a lab environment and liquid handlers

• Self motivated, vast attention to detail, organizational skills

• Great communication
