Temp to hire position! Previous experience in both manufacturing and clerical work is preferred. *Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa Pay: starting at $16/Hour Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am - 3:30pm + overtime as needed Benefits: available once hired on - includes paid vacation, health insurance, company match 401k and profit sharing - 401k Job Responsibilities: *
- Pick cases and know the product well
- Check accuracy of case pallets and product stacks
- Break down pallets and stacks
- Other duties as assigned
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to show up for work every day - good attendance is a must!
- Basic math skills
- Ability to be organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and focus on the task at hand
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Ability to work in temperature changes, especially hot temperatures
