General Function
Hy-Vee is growing its digital grocery capabilities to deliver convenience, quality, and exceptional service to our customers. Our digital platform is at the core of our business, and we are seeking an ambitious Digital Product Manager to help us grow and improve our online experience and build the next generation of digital experiences and tools our customers expect from Hy-Vee.
As a Digital Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the product team, assisting in the development, improvement, and execution of digital solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, user experience, marketing, and operations, to deliver features that meet both customer needs and business goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior product managers to define the product roadmap and prioritize features for the digital grocery platform.
Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience.
Assist in gathering and defining product requirements, creating user stories, and ensuring they are well-communicated to design and development teams.
Monitor and analyze product performance, generating insights from data to drive decision-making.
Participate and lead regular meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
Test new features and gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to iterate and improve.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital product management.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
Previous experience in product management, web and mobile app experience preferred. Retail or e-commerce experience ideal.
Technical experience and knowledge working with online payments and e-Commerce platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Teams, or similar) is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct Reports):
Responsibility for instructing, assigning work, reviewing work, planning work of others, maintaining standards and coordinating activities.
Physical Requirements:
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: operating a computer, occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: meeting with customers, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions:
The duties for this position are performed in a general or remote office setting. There is weekly pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.
