Now Hiring - Journeyman Electrician

Location: Greenfield, Iowa

Shift: Monday - Friday / 1st shift / 8-10 hrs.

Pay: $40 - 42$ per hour

Overview: We are a fast-paced company primarily serving industrial clients, with additional work in the agricultural and residential sectors. Most job sites are within an hour of Greenfield, Iowa. We offer competitive wages, 401k with company match, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. (Starting wage based on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and observant Journeyman Electrician to perform installation and restoration work on electrical frameworks for our clients. Your duties will include communicating with clients, diagnosing issues, and performing inspections. You should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations and repairs

• Conduct inspections and diagnose electrical issues

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Mentor Apprentices as needed

• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed Iowa Journeyman

• Strong arithmetic and critical thinking skills

• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds

• Communication skills (both written and verbal)
