Job Title: EHS Professional

Location: Fort Madison, IA

Pay Range: Competitive pay based on experience

What’s the Job?

• Manage a team of direct reports and contractors.

• Establish. track and report the HSE KPIs

• Plan, initiate, and coordinate continuous improvement of new and revised HSE programs and initiatives.

• Ensure all injuries and near misses are analyzed for trends and corrective actions are implemented.

• Report HSE deficiencies to appropriate management.

• Ensure the region maintains OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

What’s Needed?

• 10 years or more in the Health, Safety and Environmental field.

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities.

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations
