Job Summary:

The Senior Accounting Officer assists in and coordinates the preparation of financial and regulatory reports for management relating to the financial performance of the bank.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

· Prepares select financial reporting and analysis

· Prepares month-end financial statements for senior management and the Board of Directors

· Assists with annual audits and regulatory examinations

· Opportunities for advancement to a management/supervisory role

· Exposure to Senior Management

· Maintains fixed asset system and coordinates with Senior Management on Facilities projects and budget

· Assists in preparation of annual budget

· Prepares select monthly reports and reconciliations

· Assists the Controller and CFO as requested

· Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

· Four year degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent job related experience

· A minimum of four years of experience in accounting and financial analysis required

· Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Public Accounting experience is a plus

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred (i.e., lookups and pivot tables)

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $73,000 - $96,000
