Aston Carter Project Coordinator in Des Moines, Iowa


  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects, manage projects - Handle all paperwork when it comes to shipping, successfully analyze parts and parts numbers

  • Scheduling - Work directly with freight brokers to arrange freight. Know where the load is - Be able to manage and "own" your calendar part for any given project

  • Understand process and importance of relationship building with customers. Understand the product and be willing to engage.

  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access

  • Assist with Purchasing duties

  • Quoting

  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Self sufficient, detail oriented, positive attitude

  • Bachelor Degree: Supply Chain Management, Business (nice to have)

  • Purchasing, Buying, and Scheduling experience

  • Logistics/Supply Chain experience

  • Project Coordinator experience
