The Product:

Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is an AI-powered analytical application built for Oracle Cloud Applications, combining business data, ready-to-use analytics, and pre-built AI and machine learning (ML) models to deliver deeper insights and accelerate dthe ecision-making process with actionable results. FDI provides Financial Analytics for line of business users including Controllers, Accountants, Analysts, CAO, CFO and FP&As leveraging data from Oracle Cloud sources and beyond.

The Role:

Fusion Data Intelligence provides next-generation AI-based analytical applications to meet the needs of finance users. Seeking a talented Product Manager to join the Financials Analytics team and drive product requirements for features that utilize ERP & EPM Cloud data to address the needs of finance executives, FP&As, and financial analysts.

Qualified candidates must have understanding of Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Accounting Reconciliation, Data Management and other Oracle EPM modules, along with hands-on implementation experience working with Oracle Cloud Application customers. Passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to drive finance-related use cases is essential.

You should have a comprehensive understanding of the FP&A processes and be able to articulate how our customers are leveraging the product capabilities to create revenue & cost models. Knowledge of business metrics that measure the financial health of an enterprise is essential, and understanding of the ERP business flows around record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay is highly desirable.

Skills and Experiences Required

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.

  • Under-graduates in any discipline are welcome to apply but preference for CPA and MBA.

  • We operate as one global team. Willing to work flexible hours to overlap with India/other international teams.

  • 10+ years’ experience working in Financial Planning with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and period close.

  • End-to-end implementation experience with Oracle Fusion EPM Applications including PBCS and FCSS. Highly desirable to have exposure to PCMCS, and EDMCS.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with other EPM Cloud and Analytics Product Managers to shape the product roadmap.

  • Engage with Oracle EPM Cloud customers to understand their needs and expectations. Run customer focus groups.

  • Produce high-quality product requirements with comprehensive and detailed analysis of customer requirements.

  • Engage with product engineers to design and build features, and drive feature adoption with continuous feedback from customers.

  • Work with the Analytics and EPM Cloud marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product launch, product positioning and gain insights on competitive landscape.

  • Participate in marketing events to showcase product demos, facilitate customer discussions, and run workshops.

  • Provide release documentation for any new features/functions released during the quarterly releases.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
