Job Description
As a Manager, Client Engagement Management you will:
Manage a team of System Engineers/System Architects supporting the performance, security, and overall domain operation of hosted client EHR information systems.
Lead and direct the team’s strategy to achieve operational or functional targets, SLAs, and objectives with measurable contributions towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and Client Operations organization.
Engage and lead in all phases of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Establish and communicate organization and team goals that support and advance team and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress, accomplishments, and opportunities.
Understand and explain policies, best practices, and organizational procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to key stakeholders within and outside of the team.
Identify, propose, and lead process improvement initiatives; participate and provide input on strategic initiatives at the organization and team level.
Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage and promote employee success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
Develop and plan implementation roadmaps and strategy, including financial and operational metrics across multiple emerging technologies and solutions
Lead, direct, and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contributions towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department
Understand and explain policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders
Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports
Manage multiple high-complexity projects that deliver client hardware and software.
Responsibilities
Due to the clients you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen in order to get a Federal Security Clearance
Technical understanding related to infrastructure and Operating System support (primarily Windows and Linux) within a virtualized VMWare environment.
Information Technology Service Management: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management
Strong communication/presentation skills
Experience leading IT professionals with experience in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Networking, VMWare, Security, etc.
Customer support/service experience
BMC Remedy Service Management
Project Management expertise
Experience in a direct client-facing role
Experience working with Federal and/or Healthcare clients is a plus
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations to support on-call

Hiring Range: from $80,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
