Position Overview : Seeking a skilled Sheet Metal or HVAC Technician to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems, and to contribute to the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of sheet metal systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with sheet metal work and HVAC systems, a solid understanding of blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sheet Metal Fabrication : Fabricate, install, and repair various types of sheet metal components, including ducts, fittings, and vents, according to project specifications.

• HVAC System Installation : Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements of HVAC and sheet metal systems.

• System Inspections & Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs or adjustments.

• Installation & Assembly : Assemble, install, and secure HVAC ductwork, components, and sheet metal assemblies according to design and safety standards.

• Tool & Equipment Maintenance : Properly maintain and handle all tools and equipment used in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and sheet metal systems.

Qualifications :

• Skills & Knowledge :

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and HVAC system installation/repair.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC schematics.

• Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions (standing, bending, climbing).

• Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and on ladders/scaffolding.
