We have partnered with a facility in the Iowa Greater DesMoines area for a General Dentist opening. It is a contract with an option toextend.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Routine/Preventative Care – annual cleanings and X-rays,

· Urgent Care – painful conditions of the tooth, mouth,or gums,

· Examinations/ Diagnostic Services - visualexamination of the mouth, teeth, gums, and soft and hard tissue withradiographic and other studies, as appropriate,

· Restorative Services – to include permanentfillings and temporary fillings limited to teeth with stable structuralintegrity,

· Endodontic Services - to include root canaland/or Apicectomy.

· Treatment Plans – develop and adhere toindividualized treatment plan for each inmate with a dental condition requiringclose dental supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· IA License

· DEA

· BLS

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Patient Load - 12-15 Daily

· Schedule & Weekly Hours: Mon-Thur – 7-4

· 3 month credentialing

· Paid weekly for every hour you work, whether yousee patients or not.

· We cover/provide Malpractice insurance for you!
