Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. As a Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and nurturing vendor relationships in the investment sector. In addition, you will work closely with various teams to develop innovative technology initiatives and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, support, and maintenance of applications related to Investment Strategy and Investment Accounting.

• Cultivate strong vendor relationships and proactively manage technology issues related to Investment Strategy and Accounting applications.

• Collaborate closely with investment teams to understand business roadmaps and translate them into innovative technology initiatives and solutions.

• Lead diverse internal and external teams to deliver solutions, ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance standards.

• Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating the retirement of legacy systems and solutions.

• Apply your knowledge of derivatives, data integration, and data analysis in your daily work. Requirements • Must hold significant experience and knowledge in Derivatives

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive Data Integration

• Demonstrated proficiency in Data Analysis

• Possess a strong leadership capability to direct and manage a team

• Must have excellent decision-making skills and strategic thinking capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Must have a proven track record of managing and executing large scale projects

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Must hold a relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

• A strong understanding of industry trends and market changes is essential

• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools
