Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Foreman to oversee general interior site cleanup post-demolition and prepare areas for new construction. Responsibilities include hauling materials to dumpsters, lifting items weighing between 50-100 lbs, and general site cleanup using power tools and manual methods like sweeping and vacuuming. Projects may include commercial settings such as offices, old restaurants, and retail spaces. The role requires a valid driver's license as local travel is frequent, and occasional out-of-town travel is necessary with provided per diems, mileage reimbursement, and accommodation.

Work Environment

The position involves daily travel to job sites, including out-of-town locations. Work will be conducted outdoors in various weather conditions and involves manual labor. The company provides all necessary personal protective equipment, but candidates must own steel-toed boots and wear jeans with work-appropriate shirts.
