Here's what you'll do:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and design industrial automation systems

• Utilize technical software for HMI & PLC programming (RSLogix) in a SCADA system

• Design and maintain control systems to industry standards (NEC, OSHA, UL 508A)

• Utilize AutoCAD & Visio for control system design

• Install, calibrate, and repair online analytical equipment (occasional)

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 3 years of experience with PLC programming & troubleshooting

• Familiarity with HMI and motor controls

• A certificate or degree in automation/electronics (or equivalent experience)

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and design industrial automation control equipment

• Utilize technical software for design, coding and testing HMIs and PLCs in a SCADA system

• Design and maintain control systems to NEC, OSHA and UL 508A standards

• Utilizes AutoCAD and Visio software for control system design

• Writes code and configures HMIs

• Develops PLC code for industrial control applications utilizing RSLogix

• Creates networks to include Ethernet, ControlNet, MOD Bus

• Installs, calibrates and repairs online analytical equipment

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
