Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and provide support for hardware in a multi-platform environment

• Lead the management of incidents and changes in a complex data center environment

• Oversee integration of new technologies

• Coordinate with various IT departments

• Manage a small team responsible for hardware installation and optimization

• Create reports on system performance to identify prospects for improvement

• Safeguard assets by implementing security controls

• Conduct infrastructure tests to comply with standards

• Manage IT Systems projects from analysis and design to implementation and support

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in designing, implementing, and managing physical and virtual systems and data center management in Windows/AD/Azure and Linux environments

• 7+ years' leadership experience managing an IT Systems and Database Servers team

• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of Data Center standards and networking

• Proven success in managing multiple deadlines

• Experience with vendor management and IT asset management
