Position is hybrid with ON-SITE requirement Tu-Th in Cedar Falls, IA.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Implementation and continual enhancement of JD Edwards ERP system. Works closely with manufacturing, accounting, and sales teams to maximize user efficiency and production in JDEdwards’ platform and tools.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide manufacturing JDE functional support to assist the business and manufacturing operations.

• Translate local business processes into a comprehensive JDE application flow and ensure that all critical steps in the process are accounted for.

• Collaborate with various departments to maximize the use of JD Edwards application.

• Provide end user training on JDE features and functions.

• Create and support end user training documentation.

• Ensure system integrity and troubleshoot issues.

• Serve as liaison between IT and JD Edwards users.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems or related field or 5-7 years’ experience with JD Edwards in the manufacturing sector.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with BIPublisher, scanning tools & integration, Orchestrator, Sales & Procurement, logistics experience, and multi-branch experience preferred.

• Strong business knowledge of the J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne package with specific focus on Manufacturing operations.

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with support ticketing systems a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (O365) products a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• After hours technical support as-needed.

• Must be able to travel between sites as required.

• Perform general office functions.

• Visual acuity needed for close detail work and computer use.

• General manufacturing, warehouse and office environment.

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
